Functions in a team environment. Education/Licensure High school/GED Current valid driver's license in state of residence Experience/Knowledge Recruitment/marketing experience preferred. Knowledge of employment law applicable to recruitment and applicants. Oral and written skills to appropriately communicate with team members, internal and external customers by phone, email, face-to-face, one-to-one, and in a group. Proficient in computer usage of database, internet, email, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software. Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job (with or without accommodations) Visual acuity to maintain electronic and paper records.
