ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in Mergers and Acquisitions, where I developed a passion for building relationships and helping people make important decisions. I graduated from Baylor University in 2000 and am married to my wife, Rachael. We have two children, three dogs, and family is always my top priority.

Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency. I proudly support United Way, stay active with Cornerstone Church, and enjoy participating in youth sports and other local community initiatives. Building strong relationships both inside and outside the office is something I truly value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Chad Dawson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
