This position is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting both residents and staff. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff in providing exceptional resident care Coordinate daily clinical operations, staffing, and assignments Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing team members Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care planning Monitor resident outcomes and implement improvements when needed Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations Assist with staff coaching, performance management, and development Respond promptly to resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy Promote a positive and supportive team environment focused on quality care and patient safety Qualifications Required Current and active RN license Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience—preferable in a direct care setting Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Current BLS certification Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree Long‑term care or skilled nursing experienceExperience with EHR systems Leadership certifications such as CNML Skills We Value Leadership and team development Strong communication and conflict resolution Organization and critical thinking Compassionate resident‑centered care Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to clinical excellence and teamwork Schedule Full‑time 3p‑11p Ready to Join Our Team?
