Clinical Pharmacist position details Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital Location: Tampa, FL Status: Full time, exempt Shift: 6:30 am - 5 pm, 7 am - 5:30 pm; 10 hour shifts / 4 days a week Weekend Work: every 3rd On Call: No Clinical Responsibilities The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
