A multi-specialty (ortho-pedo) dental practice in Newport Beach is looking for the right individual to help with treatment coordinating and front office duties.
An incredible opportunity for the right individual with experience and knowledge in orthodontics and/or pediatric dentistry.
Must be positive, energetic, a good listener & a team player.
Benefits: 401k, paid time off, dental, continuing education & uniform allowances
Additional training and skills will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Answering phones, greeting patients and answering questions (door to door experience)
- Running the front desk and all tasks required, including scheduling, coordinating appointments, billing and collections, reviewing insurance, accounts payable and receivable.
- Promoting the practice and its services.
- Ensuring the office is neat, organized and runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Experience presenting treatment plans
- Knowledge of PPO insurance, billing, scheduling and other front office duties
- Must be personable and out-going
- Excellent communication & telephone skills
- Must be professional and have a professional image
- Must be very organized and detail oriented
- Should enjoy helping and talking to people
- Must be skilled with computers (paperless office)
