Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sell steep slope roofing services following the procedures and practices established by The Company.
- Generate and pursue Steep Slope sales leads
- Maintain sales pipeline in a timely manner through the use of CRM Systems, sales spreadsheets, and other reporting tools
- Maintain appropriate and timely communications with management regarding sales pipelines, customer relationships, market trends, competitive dynamics, and other areas of interest
- Assist staff with collecting accounts receivable as needed
- Help drive the culture of Legacy Roofing Services in professionalism, safety, responsiveness, and quality
- Work with management to implement new procedures to help make Legacy more efficient and effective
Requirements:
- 3-5 years sales experience in the roofing field is required.
- Demonstrated success in sales within the residential roofing industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with homeowners.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficient in basic computer applications
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
