Senior Software Engineering Manager

Leading a team of machine learning engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineering will guide the development of machine learning capabilities for the Ad Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team of machine learning engineers for business-critical Ad Platform systems Translate product and technical strategy into measurable quarterly and annual roadmaps Guide the development of ML solutions for ad ranking, targeting, bidding, and optimization Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related field, including 2+ years in a management role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Strong technical background in building and operating production machine learning systems at scale Experience translating business objectives into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes Proficiency with Python and SQL, and experience with modern machine learning frameworks and cloud-based systems
