Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is hiring additional licensed mental health professionals or clinical trainees (Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology or related field) on licensure track in our Outpatient Mental Health Program. This is an opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of therapists providing mental health services in our Pine City and Cambridge offices. Employment placement will be made relative to staff member’s home location as possible. Desired qualities include professionals on a professional licensure track or licensed in MN, with positive interpersonal relationship skills, ability to work well with other professionals, a solid knowledge base, and an effective therapeutic readiness to provide individual diagnostic assessment and therapy. CTSS experience is preferred but not required; computer and organizational skills are needed. Excellent professional supervision is available to support those on licensure track. Responsibilities Provide individual diagnostic assessment and therapy. Work collaboratively with other professionals in a team setting. Maintain client records and adhere to agency documentation standards. Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Professional with a master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Community Counseling or related field; OR Clinical Trainee with a master’s degree and on licensure track. Criminal background check upon start date. Position Details Full-Time or Part-Time; day and/or evening hours available. Rate of Pay: $22.00-$36.00 per hour. Competitive salary and benefits available.
