Job Opportunity: Full-Time Noninvasive Cardiologist
Our organization in Jacksonville, FL is on the lookout for a dedicated Noninvasive Cardiologist to join our team.
Role OverviewWe provide a comprehensive range of noninvasive cardiology services, which include:
- Daily outpatient cardiology clinics
- Interpretation of exercise stress tests
- Echocardiograms
- ECGs and Holter monitor assessments
- Optional transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) and cardioversions
The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, with no requirements for evening or weekend on-call duties. Inpatient coverage is not part of this role. Additionally, there is an opportunity to engage in video telemedicine, collaborate with the University of Florida, and participate in the education of fellows. Board Certification or eligibility is necessary.
Incentives and BenefitsWe are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, along with assistance for medical school loan repayment of up to $200,000. Our compensation package includes:
- Competitive salary based on your training, experience, and the local job market

- Licensure: One full and unrestricted active U.S. medical license
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): $1,000 per year and five days of paid CME leave (conditions apply)
- Malpractice coverage under federal tort laws for VHA physicians

- 26 days of paid vacation, 13 days of paid sick leave, 10 paid federal holidays, and 15 days for military leave
