Executive Housekeeper, Full Time, Live Out

A family of five in Ridgefield, CT seeks an experienced full‑time Executive Housekeeper to join their established household team. Responsibilities Deep cleaning and daily maintenance of the main residence and two additional buildings on the property. Proper care and treatment of all household surfaces, including wood, glass, and stone. Preparation of the home for the arrival of the principals and guests. Maintenance of organization throughout the home, family laundry, ironing, and care of fine linens. Assistance with special projects. Care of a friendly medium‑sized dog. Working in a physically active environment on a multi‑level home with many stairs. Collaboration with and oversight of another housekeeper on staff. Qualifications Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in formal, fully staffed homes. Exceptional attention to detail and meticulousness. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating workload and schedule changes based on the principals’ itineraries. Schedule & Compensation Typical weekday schedule: 8a.m. to 4p.m., 40hours per week. Weekend coverage or participation in a rotating weekend schedule; occasional weekend availability may be accommodated. Salary: $45–$50 per hour. Excellent benefits are provided.
