Manager - Sales Operations

Sales Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities Lead the Commercial workstream within the broader business optimization program, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies. Provide direction and guidance to cross‑functional project teams to drive effective project execution. Identify and track steps required to achieve strategic initiatives for defined channels and markets, and develop execution plans and KPIs in cooperation with sales leadership. Work with analytics team to analyze sales performance data and Salesforce reporting to drive transformation strategy and execution. Design and deploy sales forecast process in coordination with sales leadership to support SIOP. Monitor progress of various streams, manage risks, and ensure the overall program drumbeat is maintained. Oversee the program budget in cooperation with sales and PMO teams. Support sales leadership in standardization and best practices for Salesforce utilization. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Qualification Requirements Relevant degree in business, marketing, industrial engineering, or related field. 7+ years of relevant experience. Project management qualification or certification is desirable. Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the masonry or building industry. Strong background in implementing standard procedures across commercial teams (e.g., Salesforce utilization). Excellent project‑management skills, with experience in leading product launches, marketing initiatives, or sales campaigns. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with ability to influence and engage cross‑functional teams at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to travel to internal and customer locations.
