Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies Drive retention and balanced growth across deposits, lending, and investments Partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking professionals to deliver integrated solutions Coordinate warm introductions and convert qualified opportunities into closed outcomes Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options Resolve account inquiries and service requests within authorized limits Document actions and establish follow-up plans Demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation, sound judgment, issue escalation, and policy adherence Work collaboratively in a branch environment to meet customer needs through appropriate referrals Requirements 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners Ability to source, acquire, and deepen customer relationships through proactive outreach Knowledge of book of business management, planning conversation documentation, and follow-through Experience assessing needs and recommending products and services for consumer and business customers 1+ year of financial services experience Ability to work a schedule including most Saturdays FINRA Series 6 and Series 63, or recognized equivalents, required or to be completed within a designated timeframe Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualifications earned after Sept. 30, 2018 State Insurance license(s) required or to be completed within a designated timeframe FINRA Series 65 or equivalent required in specified states Required FINRA licenses must be maintained for continued employment Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards SAFE registration required at time of employment LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background standards Not eligible for visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in customer relationship management, financial services, and compliance with regulatory standards.
