Remote Sales Consultant

We’re hiring a small group of experienced sales professionals to handle high-intent inbound demand.

 

If you’re used to hitting quota, managing your pipeline, and closing consistently—you’ll fit in here quickly.

 

We’re a growing life insurance brokerage with a steady flow of inbound leads. No cold prospecting. No chasing uninterested prospects. Your role is to guide, advise, and close.

 

What makes this different:

  • Inbound, pre-qualified leads (not self-generated)
  • Shorter sales cycle vs. most commission roles
  • Fully remote with control over your schedule
  • Structured onboarding, scripts, and ongoing mentorship

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in sales (quota-carrying role preferred)
  • Strong closing ability and follow-up discipline
  • High ownership—no handholding needed
  • Comfortable in a performance-based environment

  • A salaried or hourly position
