Locum MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Osteopathic Doctor) Radiation Oncology

Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments Develop and implement tailored radiation treatment plans Perform radiation therapy procedures in accordance with established protocols Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans Adhere to safety standards and regulatory guidelines in all procedures Participate in tumor board meetings and case discussions Document patient care activities accurately and timely Stay updated on advancements in radiation oncology treatment methods Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree State medical license to practice in Texas Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiation oncology Strong understanding of radiation therapy techniques and technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Familiarity with electronic medical records systems Schedule: 8a-5p, specific dates Setting: Clinic Must be-board certified Paid travel & expenses A-rated medical malpractice insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr 77 consultants
