Part-time B2B Campaign Specialist — A&D Community

Engagement: Freelance, part-time; initial three-month campaign Location: Remote, with regular availability during US Eastern business hours Fee budget: Approximately US$7,000 for the three-month engagement Reports to: Chief Growth Officer About Modern Design Platform Modern Design Platform helps hospitality and design professionals discover, specify, customize, coordinate, procure and deliver distinctive products and solutions. Our platform connects curated product discovery with the practical requirements of a project, carrying design intent through to delivery. We are preparing to launch the platform to selected architecture and interior design firms, and hospitality organizations. We need an experienced campaign specialist to generate qualified demonstrations. The role You will organize and execute a focused campaign, working directly with our CGO and commercial team. You should be comfortable researching organizations, writing thoughtful outreach, following up personally and maintaining accurate records. The central objective is to get the right people to experience the platform and help interested prospects take a concrete next step. Approximately 70% of campaign activity will focus on selected architecture and interior design firms, the remainder on small hospitality brands, owners and operators. For a successful candidate, after the initial trial, this can become a full-time opportunity or, a long-term contract role. What you will do Build a prioritized list of 75-100 organizations, identifying two to four relevant contacts at each. Use our existing contacts and relationships alongside targeted research. Adapt MDP's approved materials into concise, personalized email, LinkedIn and telephone outreach suited to each audience. Arrange qualified demonstrations, manage invitations and reminders, and follow up with clear next actions. Maintain HubSpot records, including contact details, campaign activity, responses, demonstration outcomes, trial status, ownership and dated next actions. Provide a short weekly report showing progress, results, obstacles and recommended adjustments. What success looks like Our working goals for the first 90 days are: 40-50 held, qualified demonstrations, progressing towards five per week as the campaign develops. A clear record of prospects progressing towards specification, sample or estimate requests. A qualified demonstration involves an appropriate contact with a credible project or use case. What we are looking for Evidence of personally delivering targeted B2B campaigns that produced qualified meetings and meaningful follow-through. Strong research, writing, organization and follow-up skills. Practical experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn outreach. Confidence communicating with senior professionals. Good judgment about personalization, timing and relevance. The ability to work independently, use a modest budget carefully and keep the team informed. Experience in hospitality, architecture, interiors, contract furnishings or a related professional market would be valuable. You should also be able to adapt the message to the audience: designers need to see the value of distinctive products, curation, customization and simpler specification.
