We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs.ResponsibilitiesImplement behavior intervention and treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBAProvide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions focused on communication, social, play, and adaptive skillsCollect and record accurate data during therapy sessionsAssist with the implementation of individualized treatment plansMonitor client progress and communicate updates to the supervising BCBACollaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the clinical teamMaintain a safe, engaging, and supportive therapy environmentComplete timely and accurate documentationQualificationsCurrent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to obtain certificationExperience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilitiesKnowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention strategiesStrong data collection and documentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamPatience, compassion, and a passion for helping children achieve their goalsPreferred xhyhwjd Experience in a pediatric outpatient settingExperience working with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delaysAbility to work collaboratively with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and BCBAsCPR/First Aid certification requiredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid sick timeSupportive, collaborative, and positive workplace cultureOpportunities for professional growth and development
