Operations Manager

Lead a dedicated team of drivers, technicians, and supervisors Optimize routes and fleet deployment Ensure DOT compliance and safety Manage the operational budget (P&L) Keep clients thrilled with GFL’s service Requirements 3–5 years of operational management experience, preferably in waste management, logistics, transportation, or a similarly fast-paced, rugged industry A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or a deep understanding of DOT regulations is a massive plus Comfortable with fleet routing software, GPS tracking systems, and the standard Microsoft Office Suite. You know how to earn respect on the shop floor and present clearly in the boardroom You manage with empathy, clarity, and accountability Certifications & Qualifications Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) #J-18808-Ljbffr
