Medical Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Key Responsibilities Conduct client intake and gather information for new cases Request, track, review, and organize medical records and billing documents Maintain case files and ensure accurate documentation throughout the life of each case Draft correspondence, legal documents, and reports Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases Assist attorneys with case preparation, deadlines, and administrative support Monitor case progress and help ensure timely movement of files Qualifications Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred Personal injury experience is a plus, but not required Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced legal team in a collaborative and professional environment.
