PAXLOVID HCP Lead

Senior Director leading the HCP marketing team for PAXLOVID across the United States. Reports to VP of US Antiviral and develops strategies to drive appropriate patient treatment, oversee marketing initiatives, and manage cross-functional partnerships in a dynamic COVID-19 treatment landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead experienced marketing team and develop overall HCP strategy for PAXLOVID utilization
- Support annual tactical planning and drive short- and long-term HCP initiatives based on customer insights
- Measure and own impact of HCP marketing, generating learnings and continuous improvements
- Manage US PAXLOVID advertising and promotion budget and agency partner performance
- Coordinate with internal teams including CEP, Commercial Effectiveness, and CMO on strategy alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant experience; master's degree preferred
- Proven ability to convert market insights into actionable strategies and tactics
- Experience engaging and partnering effectively with external customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences
- Strong strategic thinking with creativity and comfort managing ambiguity
- US pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred
Compensation: $214,900–$358,100 base plus 22.5% bonus target and long-term incentives
