Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Seasonal Contract)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends | No Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed Labor & Delivery unit with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
• Perform and support procedures including SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, and ultrasound
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary team members across day and night shifts
• Maintain compliance with unit attendance policies and dress code standards (navy blue scrubs required)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and intermediate fetal monitoring (EFM)
• SVE competency and C-section circulation experience required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Internal monitor placement competency
• Experience in a high-volume Level IV Labor & Delivery unit
• Previous travel nursing experience within the same healthcare system
