Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Responsibilities include installing, updating, and repairing sales floor fixtures and displays as per planograms and client directives. Benefits $17.00 per hour Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Job assignments Monday–Friday (weekends not required) Paid training Flexible self‑scheduling and fixed shifts based on availability Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30‑day period Variety of projects and clients Job Description – Key Responsibilities Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to field services management communications. Maintain accurate availability updates. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install, build, and repair displays, end caps, and fixtures. Submit required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the site. Update displays per planograms and client requests. Perform break‑fix repairs to keep fixtures functional. Participate in early morning installations and team installations of 2+ people, providing feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure task execution. Assist team members as needed. Submit accurate timecards and resolve reporting anomalies daily. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems. Be available for weekend assignments as required. Scheduling / Planning Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; some early‑morning hours are possible. Accept and schedule all jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Project Execution Follow all directives, executing fully and completely. Work closely with the shared services team to achieve goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions for operational efficiencies. Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders. Leadership & Cross‑Functional Work Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and leadership while representing the company. Set high standards of behavior, foster positive work environment, and ensure transparent communication. Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment. Customer & Client Satisfaction Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or continually improves upon shared service field KPIs. Provide and receive feedback. Qualifications Age / Eligibility Must be 18 or older. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Availability Flexible Monday–Friday. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities Climb ladders up to 10 feet. Lift up to 60 lbs safely. Kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability Adjust to varying tasks and environments. Communication Skills Effective phone, text, and email communication. Use smartphone for clock‑in/out, taking/uploading photos, downloading applications, and internet access. Respond within 24 hours to field services management consistently. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Experience Preferred Installation and merchandising experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Follow planogram directives. Technology Own Android or Apple mobile device for uploads. Navigate communication platforms independently. Training Complete all training assignments within designated timeframe. Collaborate with team autonomously. Transportation and Travel Reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license and insurance proof. Willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment. Leadership & Communication Superior leadership and professional communication and presentation. Make sound decisions, show good judgment, problem‑solve. Work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting.
