This is a hybrid position that combines local box truck driving (60%) with warehouse operations (40%) , offering variety in your day and the opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

No overnight travel. Local deliveries only.

What You'll Do

• Make local deliveries of construction supplies using a company box truck.

• Load and unload materials using a sit-down forklift and manual handling when needed.

• Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

• Maintain delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

What We're Looking For

• Experience driving a box truck or similar delivery vehicle preferred.

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, or inventory experience is a plus.

• Forklift experience preferred (we may be willing to train the right candidate).

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.

• Good driving record.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
