Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Packaging Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and meet quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Package various products considering factors such as product protection and cost effectiveness.

- Build and assemble wooden shipping crates to safely prepare products for shipment.


- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.

- Cross-check products with order details to ensure accurate fulfillment.

- Monitor packaging processes and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Maintain accurate documentation of packaging specifications and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in packaging.

- Knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication skills.

This is a full-time position with great benefits, paid time off, and a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), so your evenings and weekends are yours!
