Talent Acquisition Specialist - 2 Open Positions

Location: Coppell

We are seeking 2 results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our recruiting team on an immediate contract basis. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of sales, field service, technical, and operational positions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who enjoys sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and filling critical positions quickly without sacrificing candidate quality. Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Recruit for commission-based sales professionals, field service technicians, operations personnel, and branch leadership positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines before positions become vacant.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, trade schools, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques.

Hiring Manager Partnership

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and market conditions.
• Provide guidance on recruiting strategies, compensation trends, candidate availability, and interview best practices.
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and hiring timelines.
• Help drive efficient hiring decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Talent Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain talent communities for key positions and geographic markets.
• Develop relationships with industry professionals, trade schools, colleges, and community organizations.
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting initiatives.
• Strengthen the organization's employment brand through positive candidate engagement.

Recruiting Operations

• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruiting documentation.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, and quality of hire.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience .

• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment laws.
