Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and dependable Call Center Representative to assist customers by phone, respond to inquiries, and provide professional support. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people and wants to develop experience in customer service, relationship building, and sales support. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to questions regarding products, services, and promotions. Listen carefully to customers and understand their needs. Provide accurate and helpful information. Assist customers with routine questions and concerns. Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs. Conduct customer follow-ups when additional assistance is needed. Assist with customer outreach and lead generation activities. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Communicate recurring customer feedback and concerns to team members. Work collaboratively to meet customer service and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
