We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking company looking for talented individuals who are organized, collaborative, and excited to contribute to the future of skincare.About the Role Young Goose is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented B2B Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of our wholesale, professional, and distribution departments. This role will work closely with the B2B Operations Lead and B2B Manager to help keep orders, customer information, projects, events, and internal workflows organized and moving forward. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, comfortable working across multiple systems, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Order and Account CoordinationCoordinate wholesale, professional, and distribution orders in Shopify, ensuring order details are accurate and properly documented.Assist with invoices, payment follow-ups, shipping updates, order changes, and other account-related requests.Respond to routine B2B customer questions and route more complex matters to the appropriate team member.Maintain accurate account records, notes, documents, and communication history.CRM and Data ManagementMaintain accurate customer, lead, deal, and activity information in Pipedrive.Track follow-ups, account activity, sales opportunities, onboarding progress, and other B2B milestones.Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets used for reporting, order tracking, event planning, and account management.Review data for missing information, inconsistencies, or overdue actions and coordinate the necessary updates.Project and Workflow CoordinationCreate, update, and monitor tasks and projects in Asana.Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups across the B2B department.Help document and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, trackers, and internal resources.Identify workflow issues and recommend practical improvements to the B2B Operations Lead.B2B Event SupportSupport the planning and coordination of trade shows, conferences, trainings, and other B2B events.Assist with event inventory, product shipments, materials, schedules, vendor details, and team logistics.Travel occasionally to provide on-site coordination and operational support.Help complete post-event follow-ups, lead organization, expense tracking, and inventory reconciliation.Reporting and Team SupportPrepare recurring B2B reports, account lists, presentations, meeting notes, and status updates.Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-up tasks.Support the B2B Operations Lead and B2B Manager with department priorities and special projects.Communicate clearly with internal departments to ensure B2B requests are completed accurately and on time.Required QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in operations coordination, sales support, account coordination, customer service, or a similar role.Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.Good Excel skills, including the ability to organize data, use formulas, filter and sort information, and maintain detailed spreadsheets.Experience using a CRM system and the ability to learn Pipedrive quickly.Experience using a task or project management platform such as Asana.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups in a remote work environment.Comfortable communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members.Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support B2B events.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience using Pipedrive, Shopify, Asana, and Canva.Experience supporting wholesale, professional, retail, distribution, or B2B operations.Experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, trainings, or customer events.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and basic reporting.Experience in the skincare, beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, or consumer products industry.Who You AreYou are organized and enjoy keeping details, projects, and people aligned.
