# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – NICU – Texas**Start Date:** September 14, 2026 **Location:** Lewisville, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Weekend shift, 36 hours guaranteed weekly; 13-week assignment; self-scheduling available**Highlights:**- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with 7-bed capacity- 2:3 nurse-to-patient ratio ensuring quality care delivery- Equipment includes BCPAP and HFNC for advanced neonatal support- Documentation systems: Meditech and CPN- Delivery attendance required, including C-sections- Flexible self-scheduling with floating as needed**Requirements:**- Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)- 2+ years of hospital experience in specialty area- Level III NICU experience required- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification- Ability to attend all types of deliveries including cesarean sections- Meditech experience preferred- Professional appearance maintained per hospital dress code (royal blue and/or white scrubs)**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers the chance to provide critical care to the most vulnerable patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
