Training Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to assist with training initiatives within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. Training Administration & Coordinatio nCoordinate and schedule new hire orientation, onboarding, refresher training, and ongoing learning programs
- Maintain training calendars and communicate training schedules to employees, supervisors, and leadership
- Documentation & Record Managemen
- Track completion of required operational, safety, compliance, and customer-specific training
- Monitor training expiration dates and coordinate recertification activities
- Onboarding Suppor
- Ensure onboarding requirements are completed within established timelines
- Partner with Operations and HR teams to facilitate a smooth new hire experience
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administratio
- Assist with training audits and prepare documentation for customer reviews or internal inspections
