Service Manager - Trucks

An industry-leading Heavy Truck Dealership is seeking an experienced Service Manager near Mt. Vernon, NYResponsibilities:Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors effective Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.Creates annual Service Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives.Executes Service Department marketing plan and monitors monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals.Maintain relationships with established customer base and work towards building new relationships.Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.Ensures all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.If you are a Service Advisor with 5+ years experience in a heavy Truck Dealership, please apply!Qualifications:4+ recent years of management experience in heavy duty diesel repair environmentIdeal Candidate has previous dealership experienceP&L and Budgeting experience for a service departmentStrong verbal & documentation skills as you will be working with customers and techs on a daily basisExperience as a boots on the ground ManagerBi-Lingual in English and SpanishCompensation:$80,000.00 - $100,000.00/year to start, dependent on experienceCompany laptopComprehensive benefit packagePaid time offAnnual Bonus Program structed on Net ProfitShift:Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 4:30PM, Monday - Friday.No On CallThe successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.#MHZ #J-18808-Ljbffr Mechanics Hub
