Swing Driver/Warehouse Associate Full Time | Charlotte, NC, US | 5 days ago | Requisition ID: 1051 Salary Range: $18.00 to $23.00 hourly Closed Loop Recycling (CLR) is seeking a hard‑working, self‑motivated Route Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our production team in Charlotte, NC. CLR is a rapidly growing recycling company providing reusable oil‑absorbent material to manufacturers. Our plants extract oily fluid from the material for reuse, launder the material, clean 55‑gallon collection drums, and repack the cleaned material. You’ll work with a small team while having room for advancement. This position requires truck training to service clients. Our CSR’s remove 55‑gallon collection drums filled with saturated oil‑absorbent mats, PPE, and other items and replace them with new materials. It is a physical, fast‑paced, outdoor role involving driving over the road, lifting, and moving heavy objects frequently, and communicating with our logistics department. We offer two distinct pay rates depending on the role: warehouse work $18–20 per hour, truck driving $20–23 per hour, based on experience.
