• Become a member of a collaborative women's health team consisting of six providers, fostering strong partnerships among OBGYNs, Family Practice OBs, and Midwives.
• Customize your schedule with flexible options that suit your preferred approach to practicing medicine.
• Start with a robust patient volume, performing over 300 deliveries each year, benefiting from efficient clinic operations, robotic surgery capabilities, and a unique partnership with urology.
• Experience a manageable call schedule of approximately 10 days per month, supported by a midwife-first call system to minimize after-hours responsibilities.

Compensation Package:

• Enjoy a guaranteed base salary exceeding $450K, with immediate patient volume paving the way for potential earnings of over $500K without the risk of burnout.
