About the Role – Supply Teaching As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging, structured lessons across KS3, KS4, and where applicable, KS5 Maintain continuity of learning in the absence of permanent staff Adapt quickly to new classrooms and student groups Choose assignments that fit your schedule and preferences Opportunities include: Day-to-day classroom cover Short-term assignments Long-term and ongoing placements (often at short notice) Teaching across all secondary subjects Supply teaching is ideal for those seeking flexibility, variety, and a better work-life balance. Who We’re Looking For We are seeking qualified teachers only who: Hold a PGCE with QTS or QTLS (essential) Have experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable) Demonstrate strong classroom management and teaching practice Build positive relationships with students and staff Are flexible and adaptable, including for short-notice roles Hold a full UK driving licence and can travel locally We welcome applications from ECTs, experienced teachers, and retired teachers looking for part-time work.
