The position also provides guidance and drives the growth of cybersecurity across the company and its subsidiaries.This is an onsite position in our Seattle office and will require occasional travel to our field locations.Essential Functions:Team Management Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluationsFostering an enjoyable, respectful, collaborative and productive work environmentSupport Services Ensuring the IT support team provides timely and effective assistance to end-usersDeveloping and implementing support processes and procedures to improve user satisfactionPerformance Monitoring and Reporting Monitoring the performance of IT processes, systems and infrastructureGenerating reports on customer satisfaction, project progress, regulatory compliance, incidents and system performanceIT Infrastructure Management Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage solutionsEnsuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructureSecurity Management Implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect the organization’s data and IT systems from cyber threatsConducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessmentsProject Management Planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetCoordinating with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goalsCompliance and GovernanceEnsuring all IT operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policiesKeeping up-to-date with changes in technology and regulatory requirementsDisaster Recovery and Business Continuity Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of IT failures or disastersConducting regular tests and updates of disaster recovery plansVendor and Contract Management Managing relationships with external vendors and service providersNegotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and productsProcurement and Expense Management Track procurement and expenses ensuring accurate billing, allocation, and cost controlIdentifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service qualityThese functions ensure that the IT infrastructure supports the organization’s operations effectively and securely.All other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or related field with 15+ years’ experienceProven track record with cybersecurity strategies, infrastructure management, and IT support processesExperience implementing and managing a cybersecurity and business continuity programExperience with security & compliance frameworks such as PCI, SOX, NIST, CMMC, OWASPManaging a diverse team of remote, technical personnelAbility to work independently and in a team setting while prioritizing and planning effectivelyBenefits:Employer‑subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family/dependentsEmployer‑paid life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), and short‑term and long-term disability coverage401(k) plan with a 4% company match plus an additional 3% discretionary contribution3 weeks’ vacation annually9 company holidays + 2 personal holidays each year + one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked.Up to $1,000 per year in charitable matched giving program to support causes and organizations you care aboutUp to $5,250 per year in tax-free educational assistance to assist with career development and growthUp 10% bonus opportunityWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
