Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Develop and drive differentiated product definition and business plans with target markets, customers, applications, partners, and relevant go‑to‑market strategies for Wi‑Fi combo connectivity solutions.
• Define and drive product development and planning of hardware/software/system solutions to enable ease of use, and lead key customer engagements.
• Translate customer needs into use cases and technical requirements for R&D.
• Create marketing content including competitive positioning, product updates, sales trainings, webinars, whitepapers, etc.
• Work closely with global sales and regional marketing teams to engage customers in IoT and Automotive markets.
• Collaborate with engineering, applications team, project management and operations to guide product execution, priorities and delivery.
• Periodic domestic and international travel required to our global sites and key customers in North America, Europe and Asia. We are committed to providing accommodations as needed to support all employees.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience in Wi‑Fi / Bluetooth connectivity marketing, applications, or engineering role.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful products to market.
• Strong understanding of wireless connectivity markets and use cases across IoT and automotive verticals.
• Strong knowledge of wireless connectivity technology (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, 15.4, Thread, Matter, and others), and embedded systems, including MCU, software, tools.
• Solid understanding of product marketing and product definition processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to inspire and influence both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Master's/Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering, MBA preferred.

CSS delivers microcontrollers plus Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and combined connectivity solutions (known as connectivity combos) along with hardware‑based security technologies to power the broadest application spectrum spanning consumer electronics, IoT devices, cloud security, IT equipment, home appliances, connected cars, credit and debit cards, electronic passports, ID cards, and more. The division is at the forefront of computing, wireless connectivity, and trusted technologies that are helping to securely connect the networked systems of today and tomorrow.

Compensation

San Jose, CA – Minimum of $201,100 per year / Maximum of $276,500 per year.
