Job Details Job Title: Part‑time Verizon Retail Sales | Job Type: Regular Work | Location: Walmart 425 – Brent, AL 35034 Job Overview Immediate hire with paid training. We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer‑focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program inside some of America’s largest retail stores. This role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services, using a direct fulfillment model so customers order devices directly rather than purchasing from in‑store inventory. Key Responsibilities Engage customers inside the retail location and identify wireless needs. Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services. Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options. Process new accounts, upgrades, add‑a‑lines, and wireless activations. Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers. Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations. Benefits Base pay $14‑$15 per hour (guaranteed). Candidates must be open to varying schedules as the program evolves to optimize coverage. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching and engaging customers. Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred: Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Preferred: Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background.
