Job Title: Contract Rad/CT Technologist Nights (Temporary Contract) Profession: Computed Tomography Technologist Specialty: CT Technician Duration: Temporary Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: Minimum two (2) years of recent Rad/CT experience License: Current Texas MRT license required Certifications: ARRT (R) certification required, ARRT (CT) certification required, Current BLS certification required Must-Have: - Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program - Stroke imaging experience required - Siemens CT scanner experience required - Epic experience required - Experience supporting Emergency Department and inpatient imaging workflows - Ability to work independently on overnight shifts with minimal supervision - Strong patient care and communication skills Description: Seeking an experienced Contract Rad/CT Technologist to provide temporary overnight coverage during an employee's approved leave. The technologist will perform both CT and diagnostic radiography exams while supporting various imaging needs. This position involves working overnight shifts with a rotating schedule. The primary responsibilities include performing CT and diagnostic radiology examinations according to department protocols. The technologist will support Emergency Department, trauma, stroke, and inpatient imaging requests. Operating Siemens CT equipment efficiently and safely is required. Accurate documentation in the Epic system is necessary. Maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards is expected. Urgent and emergent imaging requests must be prioritized during overnight operations.
