Think and Do, LLC is a dedicated provider of cleaning services, committed to helping clients enhance their office space environments. Since our inception in 2006, we have tailored our commercial services to meet the unique needs of clients throughout Washtenaw County
GREAT PAY: $20-$25.00 an hour
WEEKLY HOURS: 20 HOURSSHIFT: 5pm and after
Summary:We are seeking an Office Cleaner to join our team to assist Clients in the Dexter area.
This role is essential in maintaining, with great integrity, a clean and organized workspace for our Clients.
ResponsibilitiesPerform DETAILED cleaning of office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and break areas.
Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
Ensure floors are clean through mopping.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Follow established cleaning protocols to meet company standards.
Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed.
QualificationsAble to work in a fast paced environment.
experience in cleaning or janitorial roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Good communication skills for reporting issues effectively.
Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
