What You’ll Do Provide skilled physical therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings. Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals. Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Maintain clear and timely documentation. Qualifications Active Colorado Physical Therapy License. Degree from an accredited therapy program. BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in‑person).
