Product Manager

We are working with a client that is experiencing tremendous growth and are looking to add a Tax Product Lead to their team. Our client focuses on outsourcing bookkeeping services to companies throughout the US. They are looking for someone who will own the tax requirements behind their preparation software. This is a hands-on product role for an experienced CPA who can turn individual and business tax practice into clear instructions for engineers, then establish whether the resulting workflows are ready to use. They are searching for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that sees the bigger picture of a role like this. Someone attracted to being part of a company in growth mode. Someone with high energy and strong work ethic as there is an equity component attached to total compensation package. They are based in Aventura and this role is onsite. • Active CPA license is required
• 5+ years of hands-on preparation and review of both individual and business returns.
• Open to working onsite in Aventura
• Previous hands-on ProConnect or CCH Axcess experience; or other professional tax systems.
• Tax software implementation
