Bilingual Chinese-Speaking Hospice RN (Per-Diem)

Next Care Hospice is seeking an experienced Per-Diem Hospice RN to provide skilled nursing to patients at home and in senior facilities in Orange County and surrounding areas. The RN will perform assessments, manage care plans, conduct supervisory visits, recertifications and new admissions, and document notes in Hospice MD while coordinating with case managers and families; must be self-motivated, compassionate, and proficient with EMR systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Care Hospice
