About the Firm A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an associate to join its expanding appellate practice. The appellate team handles high‑stakes appeals and works closely with trial teams on legal strategy, critical motions, and issue preservation throughout trial proceedings. Job Details Salary: $275,000 - $310,000 per year. Qualifications 2–5 years of litigation experience, including substantial experience researching and drafting substantive briefs. Judicial clerkship at the federal level or with a state supreme court. Ability to work independently and take on meaningful responsibility. Benefits Best in class benefits.
