Work-Life Balance 12-hour rotating night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Alternating 36-hour and 48-hour workweeks
Work approximately half the calendar year, with overtime opportunities available

Industrial Electrician Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic systems in a heavy manufacturing environment
Work with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, instrumentation, and control systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
Perform preventative maintenance and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and other safety practices
Support continuous improvement and plant reliability initiatives
Qualifications Two-year electrical degree or equivalent industrial electrical experience required
Trade school training, military electrical experience, or certifications preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work safely in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Must successfully complete a background check, physical, and drug screening
