Job Description Brand Assistant Position Overview We are seeking a Brand Assistant to support the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and ongoing marketing projects. This role works closely with the marketing team to help maintain consistent brand presentation and support programs designed to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement. The Brand Assistant will assist with campaign materials, brand activities, research, and project coordination. This position is well suited for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in brand marketing. Responsibilities Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives Assist with maintaining consistent brand messaging and presentation across marketing activities Organize and prepare marketing materials, promotional resources, and campaign assets Support brand awareness initiatives and audience engagement programs Assist with the coordination of promotional campaigns and brand events Review marketing materials for consistency with established brand guidelines Conduct basic market, audience, and competitor research Gather feedback and observations to help evaluate brand initiatives Track campaign activities and maintain organized project documentation Assist with developing ideas for upcoming promotions and marketing programs Maintain current knowledge of brand messaging, products, services, and active campaigns Coordinate with marketing, events, and other internal teams on brand-related projects Help prepare campaign summaries, reports, and internal marketing materials Support new product, service, and promotional initiatives as needed Assist with additional brand and marketing projects based on business needs Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Interest in branding, marketing, promotions, and consumer engagement Creative mindset with strong follow-through Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Strong research and problem-solving abilities Ability to learn brand guidelines, marketing processes, and new tools Previous experience in marketing, branding, communications, promotions, events, or a related area is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands-on experience with brand marketing and promotional campaigns Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Exposure to brand strategy, campaign execution, and market research Opportunities to develop marketing, organization, and project coordination skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
