Location/Division Specific Information: Haverhill, MA - The 'Ward Hill' facility is part of the Laboratory Chemicals Division. How Will You Make an Impact? As a Material Handler I, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time for both domestic and international customers A Day in the Life:

• Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for domestic and international shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Support daily warehouse and shipping operations by maintaining accurate inventory, organizing work areas, and collaborating with team members to meet customer and operational requirements.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Preferred: 1-3 years of work experience Preferred: Prior experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field and prior experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills, including weighing and counting.
• Strong reliability and willingness to learn and support various process areas.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to follow GMP, safety, quality, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to organize work and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move for extended periods, including standing for a full shift.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand coordination to handle small containers, closures, labels, materials, and tools with precision.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand motions, including sealing, labeling, crimping, weighing, and handling materials.
• Ability to work in warehouse, laboratory, and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work in areas with fluctuating temperatures, including hot and cold environments and cold rooms/freezers.
• Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods. PPE may include safety glasses, gloves, gowns, lab coats, hearing protection, and respirators, depending on the work area and assigned task.
• Ability to work safely with hazardous or toxic materials in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements.

Compensation and Benefits: The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $22.00$23.00/hour. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
