We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Nurse Manager The Nurse Manager is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations and supervising clinical care team staff in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Working collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director, this role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of clinical quality and productivity goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff, medical assistants, and ancillary care team members Ensure compliance with clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards Support provider productivity (18-21 patients per provider per day) Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and care coordination Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement efforts Manage patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service using the AIDET model Qualifications: Active RN license in Washington State (LPNs considered with equivalent experience) Ambulatory care and supervisory experience strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire) Fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
