Senior QA Automation Engineer - Remote & AI-Driven Testing

We’re currently seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to support the project as a hands-on, reliable, and highly collaborative outstaff resource who can take ownership of UI and API test automation, contribute to test design and test infrastructure, and work closely with QA Manual, developers, and client-side stakeholders in a transparent and professional manner. The ideal candidate is strong in modern automation tooling for web applications, comfortable with building and maintaining robust automated test suites, troubleshooting flaky tests, supporting CI/CD execution, and documenting progress clearly through tickets, worklogs, and regular team synchronization. Beyond technical capability, this role requires strong communication, predictable availability, proactive status reporting, and the ability to work as part of a shared delivery team rather than as an isolated contributor. This role will work within the Agile framework of continuous delivery. Develop automated test cases using Testing the frontend, database, and API of the application Implement and document best practices for test automation and assist the development teams in improving code quality Ability to translate product requirements into test plans and test cases for test execution.
