Cath Lab Tech

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Traveler experience is not required, and local candidates are accepted. The ideal candidate will have experience in both diagnostic and interventional procedures. Key responsibilities include performing diagnostic catheterizations and supporting interventional procedures. Knowledge of emergency medications and procedural sedation is crucial. Candidates should be comfortable with maintaining sterile fields and performing cardiac interventions. Familiarity with guidelines for infection prevention and monitoring dysrhythmias is essential. Candidates must be open to floating within the facility as needed. Participation in a call rotation may be required. Weekend shifts will be expected once every other month. The lab performs a high volume of procedures which include diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Special equipment and various advanced procedures may be utilized in this role. Candidates should demonstrate accurate monitoring techniques and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
