What You'll Be Doing Develop and improve algorithms for robotic planning, optimization, and automation Build robust, high‑performance software for robotics applications Work closely with robotics specialists to solve challenging technical problems Contribute to next‑generation research and bring advanced concepts into production systems Support the application of robotics solutions in complex real‑world environments Influence product direction and help shape future capabilities of the platform What We're Looking For We're particularly interested in robotics engineers who have strong expertise across several of the following areas: Motion planning Trajectory optimization Multi‑robot systems Task planning and scheduling Machine learning for robotics or manipulation Kinematics and robot control Advanced optimization techniques You should also have: Excellent software engineering fundamentals, including testing and version control An MSc or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, AI, or a related field Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a collaborative international team Ideal Background The hiring team is especially interested in candidates who have: A strong robotics research background with publications at respected conferences or journals (ICRA, IROS, RSS, IJRR, or similar) Hands‑on experience applying motion planning, optimization, machine learning, or multi‑robot coordination to real‑world robotics challenges Postdoctoral researchers looking to transition into industry, or engineers with 2–5 years of industry experience A passion for hands‑on technical problem solving as an individual contributor rather than immediate people management responsibilities Why This Role?
