This is the firm's pay-transparency disclosure for new associates; it represents an earnings estimate (not a salary) for commission-based 1099 broker affiliated production. New advisors typically begin in the lower portion of the range during the licensing and ramp period (commonly months 1–12) and scale up as activity, persistency, and book development compound.
