Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room
Location: Denton, TX
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks | Travel

Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3x12 Hours | 36 Hours Per Week

Pay Rate: $44 - $52/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Emergency Room for an exciting Travel job in Denton, TX.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse License.

• BLS Certification.

• ACLS Certification.

• PALS or ENPC Certification.

• TNCC Certification.

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience preferred.

• Strong acute care and emergency nursing background.

• Ability to manage high patient volume and high-acuity cases.

• Trauma experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

• Perform triage, assessment, and rapid stabilization of patients.

• Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, and other medical emergencies.

• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Assist with resuscitations and emergency procedures.

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency care protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Level I, II, or III Trauma Center.

• Experience caring for stroke, cardiac, diabetic, and trauma patients.

• Previous travel nursing experience.CPI Certification.
